- Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a single confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you explicitly re-opt in.

5.Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
6.Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected through our SMS capture forms (specifically your name and phone number) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- No Mobile Information Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Subcontractors or service providers assisting us in operational delivery (such as customer service or platform hosting) are permitted access only under strict confidentiality agreements.
7.Modifications to Terms
Roomvestors LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms to our website or notifying users via text where required.
